While still studying Interpersonal Communications at Purdue University (Ft. Wayne ext), Daryl not only balanced a full-time job at a local manufacturing plant, but was able to obtain his first supervisory opportunity. There was no looking back. During the next 25 years in manufacturing, 3rd Party Logistics and finally in the Financial Services industry he went from that department Supervisory position to Directing the global initiatives in Revenue Recognition and Assurance of a ~$7B company then finally co-founding two Service based businesses
This was possible due to a passion and notable reputation in all three industries. Start up and Team Building abilities. Daryl has led / overseen the startup of 29 operations ranging from a non-US manufacturing plant to multiple distribution center operations to multiple offshored analytic, Business Intelligence and Continuous Improvement teams. This included screening, hiring, training, coaching, mentoring and general professional development of team members from the entry level position to Sr. management. It is this experience that Daryl brings to MySource Solutions and our customers. The passion and ability to find the right people for the right positions, guiding and coaching them to exceed the expectations of those positions and finally to mentor them to equally ensure personal growth and empowerment.

Jon proved to be so effective in negotiating he was promoted to director of services. In this role he was responsible for managing and training a team of contract negotiators responsible for the growth of the North American Managed Services market.
