Daryl Christensen, Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer of MySource, brings over 25 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, 3rd-party logistics, and financial services. While earning his degree in Interpersonal Communications at Purdue University (Ft. Wayne), he began his career balancing full-time work and a supervisory role. Daryl’s journey has included directing global revenue recognition initiatives for a ~$7B company, co-founding two service-based businesses, and successfully launching and managing 29 operations, including international plants, distribution centers, and offshore teams.

Based on-site in the Philippines, he plays a hands-on role in driving operational excellence and customer success. Known for his ability to build high-performing teams, Daryl has a knack for finding the exact right person for the job.
