Ivan Dwight Francisco, VP of Operations, brings over 15 years of experience in the BPO industry. He began his career as a technical support representative for one of the largest telecom companies in the US, quickly advancing to a team leader position after five years. Ivan then joined a healthcare account for a Fortune 500 BPO as a supervisor, where he managed 47 associates across three lines of business.

His effective leadership and strong performance led to a promotion to senior supervisor, overseeing two supervisors and four junior team leads, with responsibility for approximately 170 associates while also managing client expectations. After Ivan and his family spent over four years living and working in New Zealand, Ivan returned to the Philippines and found a position at MySource, where he has now been an integral part of the operations team for over four years.
